Booking and Reservations
All travel bookings made through Global Collective Travel are subject to
the following terms:

reservation
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- Cancellation policies vary by travel package and supplier

Payment and Pricing

- Group discounts are available for parties of 10 or more

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties:

Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: Full refund minus $50
processing fee
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before travel: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before travel: 25% refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before travel: No refund
- No-shows: No refund will be provided
Traveler Responsibilities
As a traveler, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability
Global Collective Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and
travel service providers. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or
injuries resulting from acts of third-party suppliers, force majeure
events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images,
and software, is the property of Global Collective Travel and is
protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or
distribution is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes
arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark
County, Nevada.
