By accessing and using the Global Collective Travel website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

Booking and Reservations

All travel bookings made through Global Collective Travel are subject to the following terms:

• All bookings require a valid credit card or deposit to confirm reservation
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
• Cancellation policies vary by travel package and supplier
• Travelers must provide accurate personal information for all bookings
• All guests must present valid identification at check-in

Payment and Pricing

Payment terms and pricing information:

• Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise specified
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
• Group discounts are available for parties of 10 or more
• Price matching is available for identical packages from competitors
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties:

• Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before travel: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before travel: 25% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before travel: No refund
• No-shows: No refund will be provided

Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler, you agree to:

• Obtain necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations)
• Arrive at designated locations on time
• Behave appropriately during group activities
• Follow all safety guidelines provided by tour operators
• Respect local customs and laws at destinations

Limitation of Liability

Global Collective Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel service providers. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from acts of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Global Collective Travel and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
